Shannon has an extensive background of experience and success spanning over 17 years as a licensed real estate representative. She has guided her clients through many transactions ranging from luxury homes to condos and development opportunities at large. She is well recognized as being one of the top sales representatives in the pre-construction industry. Not only has she sold in excess of 3,000 pre-construction condominiums, but she has directed her sales and administration team in successfully selling several luxury projects through out the GTA. From every project’s inception, Shannon makes it her personal goal to research each aspect of the development and plays a major role in all parts of the process.
